Two Tribal Members Make Dean's List at Haskell

Two young ladies from Lac Courte Oreilles made the Fall 2021 Dean's List at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. Both, Kalysta Crone and Ciara Dennis, are pursuing their Liberal Arts Associate Degrees. Crone plans to get her Masters in American Indian Studies while Dennis will be going to Chippewa Valley Technical College for the Surgical Tech Program.

Kalysta and Ciara are first cousins and graduated from Hayward High School last year, Class of 2021!

They are both freshman at Haskell.

Ciara's parents are Dave and Miranda Dennis and Kalysta's mother is Natasha Miller.
