“I am pleased to announce that Randy has joined WIEDC as our Advancement Director. Randy’s background, leadership experience and commitment to Wisconsin’s Native communities make him the perfect fit for our organization. He, his wife and two younger children reside on the reservation, and his two oldest children attend college at UW-Madison and UM-Minneapolis. Mr. Cadotte received his higher education from the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University and University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Cadotte has served Wisconsin’s Indian Country in many roles, including as a member of the Wisconsin Native Loan Fund Board of Directors and as the Lac Courte Oreilles Band’s representative to the Native American Tourism of Wisconsin (NATOW) Board of Directors, to name just a few.

Mr. Cadotte joins Jennifer Peters, CEO, and Nicole Fish, Programs Director, in leading WIEDC in building financial sovereignty for Wisconsin’s Native businesses, Tribal Enterprises, families and communities.
