The LCO Community Health Center will be offering Free Cooking Classes to Tribal Members. These classes are geared for those who rarely cook at home and have little to no cooking experience. Food safety and sanitation will be discussed, and easy budget friendly recipes will be used. We will prepare Baked Chicken and Vegetables, Pot Roast Meatloaf, a Make Ahead Hotdish, and some Kid Friendly meals like English Muffin Pizzas and Baked Quesadillas. Those who attend all 4 classes will have a chance to win a set of pots and pans. Class size is limited, so register early.
