The LCO Health Center is inundated with Covid-19 testing at this time. We are running low on our Rapid ABBOTT testing kits. We will be utilizing our Lab send out tests. We expect results in 2 to 3 days from Lab Corp. The Covid-19 Hotline is now open 24/7! Their busiest hours are in the morning and at lunch time. If you have Covid19 symptoms or have been directly exposed ( within 6 feet for more than 15 min.) to someone whom has tested positive please call the hotline at 715-934-4518. They will schedule you for testing at the LCO Health Center.
Covid-19 Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Bluish lips or face
Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
