Below are a couple of pictures from the LCO Health Center's Aid Station for the 49th American Birkebeiner 2023 Ski Race on Saturday, February 25th.
"We have been part of this medical station for many years now, and always have a good time. Each medical station along the race course is run by medical volunteers from different organizations," said Shannon Nelson, AEMT.
The LCO Clinic employees who participated and volunteered that day this year were Dr. Harry Malcolm, Michelle Lowe, RN, and Shannon Nelson, AEMT. We also had other medical volunteers join us, they included Lee Nelson, EMR, and Paramedic Crystal Thome. It was a great day.
