The first Sawyer County Social will be held on March 14th at Big Fish Golf Course from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm and is sponsored by Xcel Energy. Andy Donahue of the Small Business Development Center at UW-Superior will present “Entrepreneurship Energy with Intention.” There will be built-in time for announcements, questions for the guest, and networking opportunities after the event.

Sawyer County Socials aim to connect businesses and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to learn about different available programs. Guests may include representatives from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Northwest Regional Planning Commission, Entrepreneur Fund, and other similar organizations. The Sawyer County Social Schedule includes six dates: March 14, April 11, May 16, September 19, October 17, and November 14, with topics and locations to be announced.
