Drug Team Strikes Again with Raid on Heroin Trafficking House

On Sunday August 2, 2020 at approximately 9:40 p.m., Officers of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Police Department executed a search warrant at 12850W Neezh Street, Hayward.

After obtaining probable cause for a search warrant, Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Police Department’s Native American Drug and Gang Initiative (NADGI) team members executed the search warrant. As a result of the search warrant, officers arrested Vala L. Quaderer (38) of Hayward for Manufacture/Delivery of heroin, Maintaining a drug trafficking house and an outstanding felony warrant. Officers seized multiple items of drug trafficking and drug paraphernalia.

Charges are being forwarded to the Sawyer County District Attorney’s Office for another individual that was not in the residence at the time the search warrant was executed.

The Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Police Department will continue their efforts in their mission to protect the citizens of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation.
