The LCO Health Center has scheduled a mass vaccination event at LCO High School Gym on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Please call the clinic at 715-638-5100 to schedule your appointment. This will be a first dose Pfizer vaccine event with the second dose to be given on May 12, 2021. LCO Tribal members and their families will have preference. Appointments will start at 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:45 pm. This is by appointment only, age 16 and older. Patients 16 and 17 years of age will need parental/guardian permission.
