The Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Governing Board (TGB) approved 4-0-0 at their weekly meeting Monday, Feb. 28, to lift the mask mandate for all tribal businesses and entities, which includes all visitors and employees.
Sec-Treasurer Tweed Shuman made the motion, seconded by Gary "Little Guy" Clause, to life the mandate but still highly recommend mask use for those who feel they are at risk. Voting with them in favor were Don Carley and Michelle Beaudin. In absence were Glenda Barber and Lorraine Gouge. Chairman Louis Taylor only votes in a tie.
The lifting of the mask mandate is effective immediately.
