This self-service portal provides a digital avenue for families to access information about their case and also allows for individuals to securely communicate with their child support specialist. The portal is available to both those parents paying child support, as well as those ordered to receive support.

Requirements to Access and Utilize the Portal:
● User must have an active child support case with LCO
● User must contact LCO Child Support to obtain a token required to access the portal
● User must have an active and valid email address
