Just a reminder we are still currently under the COVID19 pandemic, so there will be no walk ins allowed for the distribution of checks at the tribal office.
Any person who is an officially enrolled Tribal Member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians as of June 1, 2020 will be eligible for the CARES Act COVID-19 Emergency Relief Funds. All adults 18 years and older who have filled out a completed verification form, your check will be mailed this week. Verification forms received will be processed in order they are received.
Cares Act Assistance Forms are available on the LCO Tribal website (www.lcotribe.com) and can be picked up at the Tribal office front entrance. You can leave your form with the front office, fax, or mail it to:

Please contact the enrollment office with any updates to your address, to confirm your tribal ID number and/or to schedule an appointment for a new tribal ID card. 715-634-8934 to contact the enrollment office.

Why is it taking so long
I faxed form on Monday June 29th, how do I know if they were received?
Thanks
The extra money will help so very much with rent, food and so much more. Again thank you.
