Photos below come from the LCO Ojibwe School’s Biboon (Winter) Extravaganza camp and also are from Hayward Community Schools students at the camp. Additionally, event photos are from Susie Taylor and Mike Demain, one of the organizers of the cultural camp held from January 27-29 for students from LCO and Hayward Schools out on the Chippewa Flowage. The event was held for students on Thursday and Friday, and then a community event and ice fishing contest was held Saturday, which was sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of Lac Courte Oreilles and the Bizhiki Wellness Center. The whole event was organized by Mike DeMain, Dylan Jennings, Jason Schlender, Doug Jennings, Jessica Hutchinson, Lisa Clemens, Lynn Burnett, Heather DiCosimo.
