LCO Development Manager
The LCO Development Corporation currently has 41 employees working at this time. Our company is currently working with Woodstone builders on the 28 tax credit homes. We are also working on replacing the roof at the Elder’s Center. Our electrical department is currently working with Northwest Builders on the new Public Works building. Our dump truck drivers have been working with Monarch Paving on a project up by the Ashland area. Development has also been working on getting a contract with Enbridge. There has been a lot of work put into this, and we are very close to completing this process.
Development has also completed several projects over the last couple of months. Our company has completed the roof replacement at the new Financial Services building location, and also the roof replacement at the LCO Head Start after the storm. Development also did several projects for community members after the storm. Our company has also completed the new pedestrian trail. This trail is done and completed with signs. This project was completed by our infrastructure department. Our infrastructure department also helped Howard Brothers with the clearing of the new lagoon for LCO Public Works. Development’s construction and electrical departments worked with Woodstone on the remodel of the LCO Clinic.
LCO Development Corporation is currently seeking general laborers, carpenters and dump truck drivers.
