The federal American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) allows for emergency assistance to federally recognized Tribes. In accordance with ARPA, the LCO Tribal Government will be issuing emergency relief payments to assist LCO Tribal Members who will be at least eighteen (18) by December 31, 2021.
Tribal Members must complete a verification form and submit it to LCO Tribal Enrollment by US Mail, fax, e-mail or in person. Members must also indicate on page 2 of the form if they want their check mailed or if they prefer to pick up the check in person. The deadline to submit a verification form is September 30, 2021.

Starting July 12th, 2021, all checks not picked up in person will be mailed via U.S. postal service.
